Full job description

Production Welder

Proskill Engineering Ltd has an opportunity for an experienced TIG welder to join our busy Production Welding department. The role will involve but not be limited to production welding using jigs to make components for medical couches.

Product specific training will be given to the successful candidate. This is an ideal opportunity to develop your skills with a rapidly growing local company with opportunities to progress within the business.

What you will need to succeed:

Experience of TIG welding - essential
Ability to read CAD drawings
Be manually dexterous with the ability to use hand tools
Attention to detail to inspect and assess welds for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity
Be flexible and able to work additional hours when required
To keep work area clean and compliant with health and safety regulations

Key Attributes:

Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Good time management and reliability
Must be an enthusiastic and committed individual
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and work using own initiative

Compressed hours schedule of Monday - Thursday 07.00-17.00
