How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational excellence across engineering projects.
- Drive cost reduction programs by identifying inefficiencies and improving resource utilization.
- Implement process improvements that maintain quality and safety standards while enhancing efficiency.
- Analyse performance data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support transformation and process optimization projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical or non-technical roles, with a passion for rejoining the workforce.
- A career break of 1+ years is welcomed, along with transferable skills and a growth mindset.
- Proven experience in leading operational excellence initiatives and delivering measurable financial benefits.
- Strong analytical skills to develop and track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills to produce and present performance reports to senior management.
