⭐Come and Join our Team of Outpatient Receptionists⭐

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail, dedicated to placing patient and customer care at the forefront of our service.

Requirements:
Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to navigate our various computer systems competently.

Solid customer care skills and prior experience, preferably in an office or reception setting.

Flexibility in your approach to work, including a willingness to cover reception in any Outpatient areas.

Flexibility within the week Monday to Friday

Directing patients to the correct clinic if they are in the wrong area.

Managing outgoing patient appointments once they have been seen by their consultant.

Ensuring prompt handling of all missing outcomes in accordance with the trust's policy.

Regularly participating in mandatory training
