Treatment Co Ordinator – Help Our Patients Fall in Love With Their Smiles!

This role will be across two sites, Lincoln and Sleaford.

We are looking for a high-energy, empathetic, and driven Treatment Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our patient journey.

The Mission

As our TCO, you are the patient’s best friend and advocate. When a patient inquires about Invisalign or Dental Implants, you are the first person they meet. You’ll listen to their stories, calm their fears, and show them—using our incredible 3D scanning tech—what their future smile will look like.

You aren't selling a "product"; you are helping them navigate a life-changing investment.
