Job PurposeThe Accounts Office Coordinator is responsible for front of house reception for clients and visitors, while working closely with our accounting team, to coordinate and administer key office duties.
Key Tasks
- Greeting customers at reception and by telephone and directing them to the relevant colleague.
- Providing first-line response to queries.
- Providing administrative support to the accounting team.
- Submitting company and personal tax returns for all our clients.
- Completing and submitting confirmation statements.
- Taking control of our company registers, keeping them up-to-date and accurate.
- Sending reminders for all taxation matters that we deal with in a timely manner.
- Organising and collating clients’ records and following up on any missing information.
- Any other duties reasonably requested by management.
