Full job description

Job Description:

Due to continued success in securing new contracts, we are looking to appoint a Boiler Man/2nd Man to add to our talented workforce. Experience in road lining work for these roles would be preferable, however training will be given

Very competitive salary package.
Generous productivity bonus offered on top of your salary.
Generous Back Shift, Night Shift and Weekend pay rates on offer
Voluntary Overtime/Weekend work and night shift are also available.
Full, UK Class 2 driving licence is preferred but not essential.
Successful candidates benefit from training and skills development

Duties

Assist in the safe preparation and application of road markings, whilst ensuring quality standards
Support the lead operative in the application of road markings.
Drive company vehicles to various work locations
Conduct routine checks on equipment and vehicles to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with team members to organise work schedules and coordinate tasks effectively
Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding progress, issues, or safety concerns during operations
Assist in setting up work sites, including traffic cones and signage, barriers, and safety measures as required

Requirements

Experience in road marking is preferred
Valid driving licence with a clean driving record is essential
Physical fitness to undertake manual tasks associated with road marking and site support duties
Willingness to learn new skills related to road marking techniques

This role is vital for maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency across our projects. We require motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise within a professional team environment.

Pay: £24,420.00-£51,000.00 per year
