Full job description

Company Overview: Join our dynamic team at a small, service-based office located in the heart of Falkirk, within a larger Group. We are dedicated to providing top-notch services and are currently seeking a proactive Administrative Clerk to enhance our operational efficiency. This role is office-based (Scotland, Grangemouth)

As a Administrative Clerk you will be performing essential clerical and administrative tasks to support office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient management of records, communications and office resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Task Management- Collating all department tasks, ensuring they are complete in time and full delivery.
Managing office communication- Responding to emails and handling enquiries from staff and clients as directed.
Document and record management- Organising, filing and maintaining accurate records within the organization, within SharePoint.
Data entry and processing- Inputting, updating and maintaining information in the company systems.
Scheduling and coordination- Arranging appointments, meetings and maintaining calendars for PSAL service Management.
Office supply management- Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies and ensuring resources are available for office supply.
Customer service support- Assisting clients or customers with enquiries
Travel planning co-ordination for the Grangemouth Staff

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Data Management Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Time Management
Customer service skills

Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with CRM & SharePoint

Experience:

5 years previous relevant admin/ Clerical experiance
