Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Beautician to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional beauty services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise in eyebrow threding/waxing, tinting, eyelash extensions, and grooming will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel pampered and valued. As a key member of our team, you will also engage in store management duties, mentor junior staff, and ensure top-tier customer service at all times. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills while contributing to a positive and energetic workplace.

Responsibilities

Provide professional beauty treatments including eyelash extensions.
Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and upselling products or additional services to enhance their experience
Manage front desk operations efficiently, greeting clients warmly, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety protocols during all treatments and interactions

Experience

Proven experience as a Beautician.
Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues and foster teamwork within a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients
Experience in upselling products or services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
Prior front desk or reception experience is beneficial but not mandatory
