Content Creator

Join Highland Holidays as our new Content Creator!

Are you passionate about creating engaging social media content, staying ahead of the latest TikTok trends, and showcasing the very best of Scotland? We're looking for a creative, confident individual to join our Marketing Team and help bring our three stunning holiday parks in the Scottish Highlands to life online.

Working closely with the Marketing Team, you'll be responsible for capturing and creating high-quality content across our parks, identifying and leading social media trends, and showcasing the unforgettable experiences Highland Holidays has to offer.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about Scottish tourism, loves creating engaging content, and can authentically share everything that makes our parks, locations and local communities special.

This is a hands-on, hybrid role that requires a minimum of three days per week on park, capturing content and creating engaging social media campaigns that inspire guests to visit and stay with us.

What You'll Be Doing

✨ Spending a minimum of three days per week on park capturing photography and videography content

✨ Creating engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels and other short-form social media content

✨ Identifying, adapting and leading the latest social media trends

✨ Working alongside the Marketing Team to plan and deliver content campaigns

✨ Showcasing our accommodation, facilities, locations and guest experiences

✨ Confidently appearing on camera to create authentic and engaging content

✨ Building relationships with local businesses, attractions and tourism partners to help tell the wider Highland Holidays story

✨ Acting as a brand ambassador for Highland Holidays and championing Scottish tourism

✨ Supporting the wider business and marketing team with projects, events and promotional activities as required

What We're Looking For

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and current social media trends

Experience in content creation, photography and videography

Extremely confident presenting and appearing on camera

A genuine passion for Scotland, tourism and showcasing exceptional visitor experiences

A collaborative approach and ability to work as part of a wider marketing team

Creative, proactive and full of fresh ideas

Passionate about creating engaging content that reflects the Highland Holidays brand values

Flexible and willing to support other areas of the business when required, including working with local businesses and tourism partners

Ability to travel between our three holiday parks in the Scottish Highlands

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role will be measured through the delivery of planned content, audience engagement, brand growth and contribution to commercial objectives. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the Highland Holidays brand, growing our online presence and inspiring more guests to discover and book unforgettable experiences across our holiday parks.
