About the Role

Cikarang Presisi Solutions Ltd operates within quality operations, precision service support, business solutions, supplier coordination, and operational improvement. We are seeking a Quality Operations Director to lead quality-focused workflows, oversee operational standards, and support continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead quality operations, service workflows, and internal process improvement activities
Oversee team performance, operational standards, budgets, reporting, and compliance support
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, vendors, internal departments, and senior stakeholders
Monitor service quality, workflow accuracy, documentation, and operational risks
Develop strategies to improve efficiency, quality control, and overall business performance
Support staff development, process improvement, and leadership planning
Prepare senior-level reports, performance updates, and operational recommendations

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Strong experience in quality operations, operations management, process improvement, supplier coordination, manufacturing support, or business services
Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
Experience working with quality systems, vendors, service teams, or operational improvement projects is an advantage

Budget tracking and operational reporting
Documentation, compliance support, and issue resolution
Strong organisation, communication, and decision-making skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
Professional certifications in quality management, operations management, Lean Six Sigma, project management, service management, or leadership are an advantage

Pay: £68,000.00-£109,000.00 per year
