Full job description

We're a Edinburgh-based business management company working across telecoms, health and wellbeing, and food and beverage. We partner with clients to manage their operations and customer service — and we're growing.

We're looking for a Management Trainee to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. No experience in management is required. We provide full training from day one and a clear path into leadership.

The role

You'll work through a structured training programme covering business operations, client management, and team leadership. Day to day, you'll support multiple client accounts, communicate directly with clients, monitor service quality, and work alongside experienced managers. As you progress, you'll take on increasing responsibility.

Who we're looking for

You don't need a management background. We're looking for someone organised, reliable, and motivated to build a career — someone who communicates well, works well in a team, and is ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.
