Summary:

We are seeking a motivated IT Apprentice Technician to join our dynamic team in Perth, Scotland. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in the IT industry. As an IT Apprentice Technician, you will gain hands-on experience while supporting our IT operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of our services.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Help maintain IT inventory and documentation, ensuring accurate records of equipment and software.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with senior technicians on various IT projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Mathematics and English.
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
