About Us

Perceptive Agency Limited is a specialist medical education agency creating digital learning solutions and educational content for healthcare professionals.

We are a small, collaborative team delivering e-learning platforms, virtual events and continuing education programmes for global clients.

The Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive and tech confident Administrator to join our Edinburgh team.

You will support the delivery of educational projects, webinars, learner administration and client communications across a variety of digital platforms. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys multitasking, working with technology and being part of a fast-paced team environment.

The role is primarily based at our Edinburgh office; however, we offer hybrid working with a mix of in-person office working and home working.

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of educational and e-learning projects
Act as a first point of contact for customer service enquiries via phone and email
Manage learner and event administration, including attendance records, certificates and feedback processing
Monitor shared inboxes and respond to client and learner enquiries professionally and efficiently
Provide live administrative and technical support for webinars and virtual training sessions
Assist with preparing presentations, training materials and event documentation
Update website, e-learning courses and social media content
Support marketing activity including newsletters and CRM administration
Maintain accurate digital records, file organisation and GDPR compliance
Support occasional off-site events and out-of-hours training sessions

Skills & ExperienceEssential

Previous administration or customer service experience
Strong IT skills and confidence using online systems
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Professional, proactive and solutions-focused approach

Desirable

Experience using:

Microsoft 365
Zoom or webinar platforms
Mailchimp
Adobe Creative Suite
Learning management systems or e-learning platforms
