Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales / Live Streamer to join our team in <LOCATION>. This role combines engaging live streaming activities with proactive sales efforts, primarily focusing on B2B interactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a flair for negotiation, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase products through live demonstrations while driving sales growth and brand awareness.

Duties

Conduct live streaming sessions to showcase products, engaging viewers and creating compelling content that highlights features and benefits.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and personalised engagement.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals with business clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Identify new sales opportunities within the B2B sector by researching market trends and client needs.
Manage scheduling and organise live stream events to maximise viewer engagement and sales potential.
Utilise IT tools to enhance streaming quality, track sales performance, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries promptly during live sessions and follow-up communications.
Drive traffic to online platforms through social media promotion and strategic marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, negotiation, or related roles.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with live streaming platforms and IT tools used for online broadcasting.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple tasks.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly with clients and viewers alike.
Valid driving licence is preferred for travel between client sites or events.
Customer service experience is advantageous, along with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills.
