Location: Scotland (office-based with travel)
Salary: Up To £65k - £53k + £12k bonus

Role Overview
Omega Energy Services is a fast growing Renewables installation company seeking a highly professional and experienced Heating Installation Manager to lead and manage our installation teams delivering Retrofit Renewable heating measures to domestic projects across Scotland. Working on a National Government Contract you will be managing installations of Solar, Battery, High-Heat Retention, Air Source Heat Pumps.
Omega is a leading renewable & Fabric installer on Government and Local authority Frameworks. We expect to double our current installations in the next 12 months and are looking to recruit only the most capable and ambitious in the industry.
- Experience in the Renewables/Retrofit management is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Organise, manage, and coordinate all installers delivering renewable heating installations across Scotland
- Oversee the full installation lifecycle, including survey, installation, commissioning, and handover
- Take ownership of achieving monthly installation targets and reporting performance to senior management
- Site inspections, and quality management activities
- Ensure installations meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, from Householders through to our Public Sector Clients.
- Use Microsoft Office for reporting, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Operate comfortably within a performance-driven environment with clear monthly & quarterly targets and associated Bonus.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Contract or installation management within domestic retrofit renewables
- A professional, motivated approach with a strong personal drive to exceed targets
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
- A technical knowledge of Renewables installation measures, Solar, ASHP, Battery and ESH.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable being managed against KPIs and performance metrics
- SMSTS preferred
Additional Information
- Mix of office-based work and travel throughout Scotland
- Office based- Strathclyde Business Park, Lanarkshire
- Occassional Overnight stays may be required depending on operational need.
