Full job description

Join Our Growing UK Fleet – Marine Engineers (CoC Required)

We’re expanding our UK operations and are looking for skilled and motivated Marine Engineers (CoC holders) to join our fleet of Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs) from May 2026.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-growing operation at the forefront of the offshore wind industry—playing a key role in vessel performance, reliability, and safety every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of all vessel machinery and auxiliary systems
Diagnose and resolve hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical faults
Support safe personnel and cargo transfers to turbines and SOVs
Maintain clear and accurate records, reporting, and communication with Company, Client, and MCC
Work in line with SMS procedures and IMO regulations at all times
Manage and implement the Planned Maintenance System (PMS), including reporting defects and non-conformities
Assist with deck operations when required
Ensure compliance with all Flag State, Port, and local regulations

Required Certification & Qualifications:
We are specifically seeking Engineers with a valid Certificate of Competency (CoC):

AEC 2 (minimum) – higher CoCs encouraged and rewarded
Non-UK CoC holders must have MCA UK FSE
Valid ENG1 Medical
Full STCW Basic & Advanced Safety Training (in date, <4 years)
Valid Passport (UK & EU travel)
Right to work in the UK

Additional certifications (desirable):

Crowd Management
Slinger/Banksman
Food Hygiene Level 2
Full UK Driving Licence

Experience:

Proven experience as a Marine Engineer on commercially operated vessels
CTV experience preferred, but candidates from tugs, fishing vessels, or Ro-Ro backgrounds will be considered
Strong working knowledge of CAT engines (C32B), hydraulic, electrical, and auxiliary systems
Ability to work independently and manage high-performance machinery
Confident communicator with a strong team mindset
