Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or answering inquiries in a professional manner
- Operate cash registers accurately, handle cash, credit card transactions, and issue receipts with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Upsell products and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities
- Restock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure product placement aligns with merchandising standards
- Provide product knowledge to customers, including features, benefits, and usage tips
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times and enhance customer satisfaction

- Strong communication skills for engaging with customers confidently and clearly
