Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Roofing Supervisor/Foreman to lead and oversee roofing projects from start to finish. In this role, you will coordinate roofing crews, ensure safety standards are met, and maintain high-quality workmanship throughout each project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage multiple projects while fostering a positive work environment and ensuring timely project completion.

Duties

Supervise daily roofing operations, including scheduling, task delegation, and workflow management to maximize productivity.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure materials and resources are available for each phase of the roofing project.
Monitor safety compliance on-site by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety inspections to prevent accidents.
Lead, motivate, and supervise roofing crews, providing guidance and training as needed to uphold quality standards.
Conduct quality control inspections to verify that work meets industry standards and client expectations.
Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, safety reports, and progress updates for transparency and accountability.

Experience

Proven management experience with over 10years in construction or roofing supervision with a strong track record of leading teams effectively.
Supervising experience in large-scale roofing projects is highly preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Experience with Flat Roof Systems, PVC, Tapered insulation.
Ability to read drawings
