Are you organised, confident and keen to make a difference?

We're looking for a motivated person to join our Performance and Intelligence Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real workplace experience, develop valuable skills and contribute to projects that help improve services for young people, families and communities.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Apprentice, you'll support the team with a range of data analyst duties, including:

Organising documents and electronic files
Updating records and databases
Creating basic PowerBi Dashboards
Responding to emails and enquiries
Supporting Technical Analyst with basic coding
Helping gather feedback from people within the service
Working with team members on projects and campaigns

What We're Looking For

You don't need loads of experience – we value enthusiasm, willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
