The opportunity

This is a self employed role, based remotely.

Forge Financial Solutions are recruiting multiple financial advisers to join their existing team to help continue the first-class advice they proved their clients.

Working on a self-employed basis you will be provided with full leads along with the support and guidance for you to start generating your own network and client book.

If you have your Financial Advice qualification and are passionate about helping people, then you’re who we want to talk to.

Commission splits of 50/50 for leads provided and 60/40 in your favour for any self-generated leads
No adviser fees
Fully flexible remote working
Admin support available

Whether you are an experienced or inexperienced financial adviser you will have the freedom to build your own business and kick start your career as a financial adviser

Responsibilities of the role

Provide first class advice to the clients of Forge Financial Solutions and your own network
Meet with clients to understand their financial goals
Liaise with product providers to gather information
Commit to the training provided by Forge Financial Solutions and The Openwork Partnership
Adhere to the regulations of Financial advice
Complete all administration tasks where needed

What will you need to succeed?

What you’ll need for the role

Fully L4 Diploma in Financial Advice or equivalent is essential
Customer service experience and or sales experience
A customer focused attitude
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Be able to comfortably work self employed

This role would suit you if you’re new to the industry but haven’t found that place to call home. If you’re an experienced adviser wanting a change or if you don’t have the support where you are and want to grow, then this is a role for you.
