The Role

Reporting to the Patient Growth Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting business growth by delivering outstanding 5‑star service and converting patient enquiries into bookings.

Working in a central team environment, you’ll:

Handle incoming enquiries via phone and digital channels
Build strong, trusting relationships with patients
Provide expert guidance on treatments and services
Confidently convert enquiries into appointments
Use CRM systems to manage leads and track activity

You’ll be supported to succeed, with an uncapped commission structure rewarding your performance.

Working Hours

Full-time, 42 hours per week on a planned rota. Weekend commitment is minimal, with 1.5 hours on Saturday and Sunday every 5–6 weeks.

Monday: 8:00am – 7:00pm (finish at 4pm when working on Sat/Sun)
Tuesday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm (with one half day per week)

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in sales, lead management, or a target-driven role
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Confident communicating and building rapport with people
Driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
