Full job description

Hands-on operational support across the business, covering dispatch and logistics, maintenance activities, and on-site installations. The role is deliberately cross-functional and is designed to support site readiness, and site installations as required.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch & Logistics

Pack finished goods safely and appropriately for transport.
Assist with dispatch operations, including loading/unloading
Operate forklift truck as required - Training will be provided if required
Provide driving support for local deliveries (within 50 miles) and collections

Maintenance, General Support, training and knowledge sharing

Provide cover for dispatch/driving (50+ miles) operations during planned absences.
Carry out basic maintenance and fitting tasks across production and site areas.
Support general site upkeep and minor repairs.
Assist with building furniture, decorating, and other practical tasks as required.
Electrical PAT testing and site checks such as Fire Alarms, Emergency lighting, First Aid Kits as scheduled
Assist with showroom display and site installations.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Work in accordance with company health and safety procedures at all times.
Use tools, equipment, and lifting aids safely and correctly.
Report hazards, near misses, or unsafe conditions promptly.

Forklift License
