Experience it Now Travel is a family run business based in East Sussex, we have three High Street shops and 200 Home based Homeworkers. We are a rapidly expanding business and are looking to expand our team to continue our growth.

Job Summary

We are seeking an organised and proactive Travel Administrator to provide vital operational and administrative support to our growing team of independent Travel Homeworkers. In this role, you will act as the backbone of their daily operations, managing post-booking administration, processing payments, and ensuring compliance so our consultants can focus entirely on sales and customer relationships.Key Responsibilities

Booking Administration: Check, process, and confirm bookings made by homeworkers in the CRM system.
Supplier Coordination: Liaise with tour operators, airlines, and bed banks to resolve itinerary changes, ticketing issues, or schedule amendments.
Financial Processing: Manage customer balances, process invoices, chase outstanding payments, and issue receipts.
Document Dispatch: Collate, check, and send out accurate digital travel tickets, vouchers, and itineraries to clients.
Homeworker Support: Act as the first point of contact for internal systems troubleshooting and policy guidance.
Compliance Management: Ensure all bookings strictly adhere to ATOL, ABTA, and GDPR regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in travel administration, ticketing, or a operations role within a travel agency or tour operator.
Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with a travel CRM software. system would be beneficial
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to support remote workers effectively.
Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in data entry and spot-checking complex, multi-stop itineraries.
Time Management: Ability to self-manage and prioritise urgent booking queues in a fast-paced environment.

This is a part time position with flexible working hours, ideally 3 days per week 9.30 to 5 or possibly 4 shorter day would be considered, one of the days would include alternative Saturdays , the role is based in our Hailsham Office.

Pay: £23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
