Full job description

Kennedys, a global law firm with offices throughout the US, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant join our Seattle office.
This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 3 days on-site in our Seattle office.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Draft and proofread legal correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents with high accuracy and attention to detail
Manage the attorneys' calendar, scheduling appointments, court dates, and meetings efficiently
Execute filing procedures, ensuring compliance with legal protocols and deadlines.
Required Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation, insurance coverage a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Word, Excel and Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills and exceptional proofreading skills and a meticulous eye for detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Thorough working knowledge of and experience working and filing within the Federal and Washington court systems
Reliable with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor
The annualized salary range for this role is $80,000-$85,000. However, this is contingent upon level of experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
