Part-Time Customer Service Advisor
Location: Spectrum 3, Spectrum Business Park, Seaham, SR7 7TT
Salary: £14,044.55 + commission
Contract: Permanent, part-time (21.25 hours per week)
Shifts: Various patterns available (includes weekend work)

- This is a fully on-site role based in Seaham (SR7 7TT)
- Remote working is not available
- You must be able to commit to 2 weeks of full-time training in the office
Mandatory Training (Fully Paid)
All successful applicants must attend 2 weeks of full-time training on-site:
Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm

- Handling inbound customer service and complaint calls
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Building rapport and delivering a personalised experience
- Troubleshooting issues and providing clear, effective resolutions
- Turning challenging conversations into positive outcomes
- This role is about delivering great experiences — not just answering calls.
