Role: Spa Therapist
Location: Seaham Hall, County Durham
Resort information: https://www.seaham-hall.co.uk/
Salary: £13.75 per hour plus share of service charge (approx. £2k per annum for full time employees) and retail commission structure
Hours: 0 - 40 hours (full-time or part-time available), shift pattern will include a variety of shifts between 10am – 8pm including weekends & bank holidays.
Relationships: Reports to General Manager, Spa Manager, Treatment Manager & Spa supervisor

We are looking to expand our team and are searching for Spa Therapists who are qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent, As a Spa Therapist you are responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer care and attention to all guests and delivering 5* treatments and recommendation’s to every client, whilst working together in a large team in a fast paced environment. Must have a natural caring nature and passion to help people

Due to location and shifts transport is preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills with the team and guests and understand the need for confidentiality
