Senior Consultant Core Competencies
- Leading the delivery of value communication projects, including global value dossiers (GVDs), payer value decks, objection handlers, strategic documentation (gap analyses, evidence generation plans) publications (abstracts, posters, manuscripts), workshop/conference presentation materials, HTA landscaping reviews, literature reviews etc
- Managing multiple client projects simultaneously, leading project teams and delivering exceptional work within agreed timelines
- Building trusted client relationships, acting as a valued strategic partner throughout project delivery
- Supporting business development through proposal development, engaging with client presentations and pitches, and pro-actively driving business development activities
- Contributing to the continued growth of our value communications offering through mentoring junior team members, advancing thought leadership, and identifying opportunities to enhance our services
Essential Skills and Behaviours
- Strong track record managing the successful delivery of high-quality value communications projects
- Experienced in managing client interactions throughout each project stage, delivering high levels of client satisfaction
- Experience in delegating work to junior team members and reviewing their output to ensure quality and accuracy
- Experienced in building trusted client relationships and exploring business development opportunities with both existing and potential clients
- Strong understanding of HTA and reimbursement requirements across UK, Europe and beyond
- Skilled in presenting complex information in a clear and impactful way and summarising data in infographic style outputs
- Excellent command of the English language and outstanding skills in writing and communication (Word and PowerPoint essential)
- A high degree of self-motivation and organisation with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to learn rapidly and apply knowledge in previously unfamiliar therapy areas
- Line management experience is also desirable
Essential Experience
- 4+ years’ experience in a market access/value communications consultancy
- PhD or MSc (MRes) in a relevant field
