We are seeking a passionate and skilled Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team! In this vibrant role, you will deliver exceptional beauty treatments, enhance clients’ confidence, through expert knowledge and personalised advice. Your enthusiasm for beauty and dedication to customer satisfaction will drive your success in helping clients look and feel their best. Responsibilities

Provide professional beauty treatments including massage, facials, waxing, gel nails, brows and pedicures tailored to each client’s needs
Assist clients with personalised consultations to recommend suitable skincare routines and beauty services
Maintain a clean, organised treatment area following health and safety standards
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and clear communication
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to deliver innovative services
Promote retail products effectively to enhance client results and satisfaction
Ensure all treatments are performed with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail

Experience

Proven experience as a level 3 Beauty Therapist
Strong customer service skills
Ability to create a welcoming environment that makes clients feel valued and relaxed
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beauty treatments
Enthusiastic about continuous learning and staying current on industry trends

Additional qualifications and experience with Caci, Laser, HydraFacial, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Non-Surgical Facials, LVL, HD Brows and Spray Tanning are welcomed but not essential for the right candidate.
