Our Selby depot is looking to recruit a Depot Supervisor to lead and support the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring the efficient storage and distribution of products and the delivery of excellent customer service.
Experience
We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a Depot Supervisoror a team leadership role, managing team performance, stock control, and customer relationships within a busy operational environment.

- BASIS Storekeeper (NSK) qualification
- ADR qualification
- Agricultural background
- Experience within a chemical supply or a depot environment
Role Specific Responsibilities
Depot Operations
- Supervise and lead depot staff including Drivers, Operators, Storekeeper and Administrator
- Coordinate team training and development
Storage & Distribution
- Oversee storage and distribution of products and ensure excellent customer service
- Take overall responsibility for stock, including accuracy, stock checks and planning
- Liaise with customers, sales teams, other depots and administration
- Identify and implement improvements to efficiency and depot performance
- Ensure depot facilities, vehicles and equipment are well maintained and compliant with legislation
Job Compliance
- Health & Safety and regulatory compliance
- Site Safety Officer.
- Road Haulage, vehicle, and ADR compliance.
- BASIS and NSK qualification.
- Forklift and other relevant qualifications compliance.
