Telesales Account Manager

Pocklington
We are looking for Telesales Account Managers.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 - depending on experience

Bonus: £500 - £2000 bonus a month* not limited!

Hours/Days: Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30 (42.5 hours) or Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00

1 in 3 Saturdays 09:30 – 12:30

30-minute daily unpaid break

In addition to our head office, we operate from six other sites across the UK—Bracknell, Biggleswade, Chepstow, St Helens, Tamworth, and Bathgate—enabling us to provide efficient distribution and exceptional service to our customers.

As a part of our ever-expanding sales team, you’ll be based at our Pocklington Head Office working alongside enthusiastic and experienced colleagues.

The main responsibilities are:

Contact an existing customer base with the daily deals given to you via management.

Create your ‘own’ Offers tailor made to your customers' needs.

Collect customer debts in.

Direct Customer dealerships potential to the Field Sales Team.

Take incoming calls and process orders for colleagues.

Look after account queries providing customers with proof of deliveries or invoices as needed.

Requirements

Experience in a telesales or customer service role is an advantage however full training would be given to the right candidate.

Must have Computer and Phone Skill set.

Negotiation skills, the ability to resolve issues and address complaints necessary!

Excellent communications skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
