Full job description

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will assist in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, with duties ranging from servicing bedrooms and supporting restaurant and bar operations to helping deliver weddings, conferences and private functions.

Ideally, you will have at least one year's experience working in a hotel or similar hospitality environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Be customer-focused with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Have previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have a passion for hospitality and a positive, can-do attitude.
Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally, calmly and efficiently.
Use initiative to identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and maximise hotel revenue.
Be highly organised with excellent time management skills.
Be flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required by the needs of the business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
