Job Summary
As a Technical Specialist in Matlab, you will play a critical role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering innovative solutions for product development and sustenance delivery. You will lead your team in leveraging advanced Matlab capabilities to meet defined scope and standards while ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Your expertise will guide the team in adopting best practices and current technologies, thereby enhancing our service delivery and overall organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architect, Design, And Develop Comprehensive Solutions Utilizing Matlab And Simulink To Meet Project And Sustenance Delivery Goals Through Effective Leadership Of The Team.
2. Act As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) For Matlab Applications, Providing Technical Guidance And Support To Team Members And Stakeholders.
3. Ensure Continuous Knowledge Enhancement By Researching And Integrating New Technologies, Ensuring Solutions Are Current, High-Quality, And Aligned With Client Requirements.
4. Conduct Training Sessions And Skill Development Workshops For Team Members To Build A Robust Workforce Proficient In Matlab And Related Technologies, Thereby Mitigating Delivery Risks.
5. Gather Detailed Specifications From Clients And Deliver Tailored Solutions Based On A Deep Understanding Of Domain-Specific Needs And Technical Requirements.
6. Review And Assess Project Deliverables For Compliance With Quality Standards, Ensuring Alignment With Project Objectives And Client Expectations.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives By Applying Industry Best Practices In Matlab And Proposing Innovative Solutions To Improve Efficiency And Effectiveness.
Skill Requirements
1. Advanced Proficiency In Matlab And Simulink For Modeling And Simulation.
2. Strong Understanding Of Embedded Systems And Their Applications In Product Development.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Analyze Complex Technical Issues.
4. Familiarity With Software Development Life Cycles And Project Management Methodologies.
5. Good Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Effective Collaboration With Clients And Team Members.
Other Requirements
1. Certification In Matlab Is Optional But Valuable.
2. Relevant Certifications In Modeling And Simulation Or Embedded Systems Are Advantageous.
