ASH Pub & Dining situated in a prime position in Sutton Coldfield are looking for talented Bar tender / Mixologist to join their team . You must have 2 years experience in Bartending /cocktail in a high volume environment. You do not need to be the best Mixologist in town, but need to know your way around a shaker
Hours will range from 20-35 per week.
Responsibilities
- Show exceptional customer service standards
- Provide support to management team
- Maintain cleanliness at highest level
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws are kept at all times
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
Experience
- Experience in making fabulous coffee and latte art. You will be working with a great coffee brand
- Previous experience within the bar industry. See above
- Strong knowledge of bar operations in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work well with others within your team.
- Good knowledge of cocktails.
- The best customer service with strong communication skills.
