Full job description

Excellent opportunity for an experienced General Builder with Internal Renovations, Plumbing and Carpentry experience to join a well-established company based in Halesowen, initially on a sub-contractor basis, with a view to a full time position. Please note, travel and some overnight stays are required for this role.

Company

The company specialises in all types of healthcare construction projects, providing complete turnkey packages and delivering a large number of projects from minor repairs to full refurbishments.

Due to continued expansion the company is now looking to recruit an experienced Multi Trader to join their team on a sub-contractor basis with a view to a full time position.

Candidate Requirements

· Carpentry

· Plumbing

· Internal Renovations

· Experience within commercial and residential properties

· Able to make sound judgements, find solutions to complex issues and problems, and identify and manage risk

· Able to work under your own supervision and alongside other trades

· Self-motivated and high attention to detail to ensure high levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction

· Excellent client facing skills on site

·Own van and tools preferred.

· Flexibility to travel and work on a national basis
