The Role

Fancy being a social care superhero? That's exactly what you'll become to our beloved elderly residents. Your role will be pivotal to supporting our lovely residents to meet their needs as part of the team on shift. From pop-by checks to ensure the residents are Ok, intimate personal care and light domestic duties around the care home to activities and companionship, you'll be there every step of the way.

Looking for Career Prospects?

Initially we are looking for a Level 1 carer to join our team, however, there is an option to increase with additional training and responsibilities to a Level 2 carer in the future.

Final Checks

A few things to note:

Living locally or access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license is a must, we're located in Selsey (20 mins drive from Chichester) and buses are not frequent at this time of the evening.

Alternate weekend availability is non-negotiable.
