Grounds Maintenance Worker
Duties:
- Collect litter & empty bins
- Mow lawns and large areas of grass, trim hedges, prune trees and shrubs
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Weed shrub beds and remove debris
- Operate and maintain equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
Skills:
- Knowledge of basic gardening techniques and plant care
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to ensure a well-maintained appearance
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- The successful applicant needs to have their own transport & be able to get to our yard in North West Leics independently, Mon- Friday (occasional Saturdays). Unfortunately there are no public transport options.
- Pay negotiable dependent on experience
- We require a driver with a clean licence, who is prepared to tow.
- We are looking for an applicant with some grounds maintenance experience, who can mow, strim, take care of shrubs & plant trees etc.
