2–4 Shifts p/w (Morning & Evening Mix) | 50% Fee Split | High-Volume Caseload
Are you an ambitious, commercially minded Osteopath looking to build and manage a thriving, high-value caseload across two of South West London’s most vibrant clinical locations?
Nordic Balance is expanding. Due to growing patient demand across our St John’s Hill (Battersea) and Wimbledon Village clinics, we are seeking a commercially aware self-employed Osteopath who takes complete ownership of their patient journeys and caseload management.
This role offers excellent flexibility, with availability for 2 to 4 shifts per week across a mix of morning (8am–2pm) and evening (2pm–8pm) blocks. You will have the opportunity to work across both sites or focus primarily on one, depending on your schedule and clinical preferences.
Why Nordic Balance?
We offer a high-performing, multidisciplinary environment where Osteopaths work side-by-side with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Podiatrists, and Sports Therapists.
- Immediate Patient Flow: Step into an established clinic environment with a strong, warm pipeline of new enquiries and an active internal cross-referral network across both South West London sites.
- Diverse, Motivated Demographics: Your caseload will blend Battersea's "Nappy Valley" young families and active desk workers with Wimbledon's "Corporate Athletes" (marathon runners, triathletes, and active professionals). These patients view their health as an investment and respond exceptionally well to structured, long-term care plans.
- High Earning Potential: With a competitive 50% fee split, therapists who proactively manage their patient lifecycle and maintain high compliance consistently achieve top-tier hourly earnings (£60–£65+ per hour).
- Zero Admin Burden: Focus 100% on clinical care and patient retention. Our full reception and front-of-house team handles all bookings, billing, and insurance logistics.
The Role
We are looking for an independent practitioner with strong commercial awareness who excels in structural osteopathy and full-cycle patient care management.
- Caseload Ownership: Take full ownership of the patient journey—from initial assessment through acute resolution to long-term functional maintenance and prevention.
- Commercial Acumen: Recognize the value of every patient in your diary. You understand that clear communication, strong re-booking rationale, and robust management plans are essential for both patient outcomes and practice growth.
- Flexible Schedule: 2 to 4 shifts per week with a balanced mix of morning (8am–2pm) and evening (2pm–8pm) availability to capture peak local demand.
- Clinical Autonomy: Complete freedom to manage your treatment plans and caseload with the independence of a self-employed practitioner.
About You
- Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years post-graduate experience in a private practice or clinical MSK setting.
- Commercial & Clinical Drive: Strong commercial instinct with a proven track record of patient retention and building long-term treatment pathways.
- Clinical Focus: A strong foundation in structural osteopathy, postural health, and biomechanics. Experience in cranial or paediatric osteopathy is a significant advantage due to our local family demographic.
- The Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate treatment value, establish buy-in, and guide patients smoothly into long-term functional wellness.
- Registration: Fully qualified, GOsC registered, and ideally Bupa recognised (or eligible for immediate registration).
The Package
- Competitive 50% Fee Split (Our high-retention therapists average £60–£65+ per hour depending on caseload and location).
- Shift Availability: Flexible 6-hour shift blocks across mornings and evenings.
- MDT Environment: Peer support and collaborative case discussions with senior MSK specialists.
