Pink House Mustique is an independent luxury lifestyle and resortwear brand inspired by the Caribbean island of Mustique. From our headquarters near Shaftesbury, we design, sell and ship clothing, accessories and homeware to customers around the world through our website, boutiques and wholesale partners.
We are a small, friendly and hands-on team where everyone contributes across different areas of the business.
Role
Part-time: 15 hours per week
Typically 3–4 hours per day, 4 days per week with some flexibility.
We are looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse & Customer Services Manager to oversee stock management, order fulfilment, shipping, warehouse operations and customer service activities.
This is a varied hands-on role combining warehouse management, logistics, customer service and operational coordination. As the central point of contact for goods moving in and out of the business, you'll help ensure stock remains accurate, orders are dispatched efficiently and customers receive excellent service. Working closely with the wider team, you'll also oversee the day-to-day activities of our warehouse assistant and help maintain efficient warehouse systems and processes.
What you'll be doing:
Warehouse, Stock & Operations
- Managing day-to-day stock processing, stock accuracy and inventory records
- Checking incoming deliveries, identifying discrepancies and processing stock into inventory
- Coordinating stock transfers between warehouse locations
- Maintaining organised storage systems for current stock, back stock and display stock
- Ensuring warehouse processes remain efficient and suitable for picking, packing and dispatch
- Managing warehouse supplies, packaging materials and office consumables
- Preparing stock and packing notes for photoshoots, events and showroom activities
- Supervising and supporting warehouse assistant workflows and daily priorities
Logistics & Shipping
- Overseeing the picking, packing and dispatch of online and wholesale orders
- Coordinating UK and international shipments through Royal Mail, DHL, UPS and freight partners
- Comparing shipping options and arranging appropriate courier services
- Preparing commercial invoices and export documentation
- Troubleshooting shipping and logistics issues as they arise
- Coordinating stock transfers between warehouse locations, including our US warehouse
Customer Services
- Acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
- Managing the office email inbox and general office communications
- Processing returns, exchanges and refunds
- Liaising with accounts where required to resolve payment or refund issues
- Redirecting enquiries to relevant team members where appropriate
- Responding to customer feedback and reviews when required
Internal Coordination
- Working closely with marketing, wholesale and events staff regarding stock availability and logistics
- Supporting showroom activity and events where required
About you:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident dealing with customers, suppliers and courier partners
- Proactive, practical and willing to get involved wherever needed
- Comfortable working as part of a small team
- Good IT skills and confidence learning new systems
- Comfortable with a physically active role; occasional lifting of boxes up to approximately 15kg may be required
Experience
Ideally you will have experience in some or all of the following:
- Warehouse, logistics or fulfilment management
- Customer service
- Inventory or stock management systems
- International shipping and customs documentation
- Supervising or coordinating staff
- Experience using inventory management, order processing or customer service systems would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
