Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a capable and organised Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of our IT Solutions business. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the IT function, ensuring accurate processing of orders, quotes, and client communications. This role is ideal for someone with strong computer skills who is confident working with digital tools, systems, and data.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls, and emails
Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation
Support sales team with opportunities, pipelines, and order tracking
Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry
Coordinate communication between sales, technical teams, and suppliers
Support onboarding of new customers
Assist with reporting on sales activity and performance
Maintain records for contracts, renewals, and agreements
Diary Management, prioritising engineers works, helpdesk ticketing
Assist with holiday and work rotas

Skills & Experience Required

Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Confident using CRM systems and sales/order processing tools / online portals
Excellent organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment

Desirable

Experience in IT or technical sales environment
Basic understanding of IT products/services
Strong interest in technology

Proactive and highly organized

Pay: £25,420.00-£26,000.00 per year
