Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Fry Cook to join our vibrant culinary team! Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of fried menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presentation specifications
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fry station, adhering strictly to food safety regulations
Assist with meal preparation tasks as needed to support the overall kitchen operations
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing
Follow proper sanitation procedures for equipment, utensils, and work areas
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and uphold a positive dining atmosphere

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant setting
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent understanding of meal preparation techniques, especially frying methods
Good communication skills and ability to serve guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks effectively
