Full job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role supporting all aspects of marketing across Soul Living and our sister brands. From creating engaging social media content and updating websites to planning campaigns, promoting our Shrewsbury store and assisting with events, you’ll play an important role in helping our brands grow.

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, has plenty of ideas and is happy to get involved wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest.
Create engaging photography, video and written content.
Plan and schedule social media campaigns.
Assist with website updates, product uploads and online merchandising.
Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Promote our Shrewsbury retail store through local marketing initiatives.
Assist with product launches, seasonal campaigns and in-store events.
Write marketing copy for websites, blogs and promotional materials.
Monitor marketing performance and report on campaign results.
Help develop new ideas to grow brand awareness and customer engagement.
Support the wider business with day-to-day marketing activities across multiple brands.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Is passionate about marketing and social media.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Is creative with a good eye for design and detail.
Enjoys creating content and keeping up with digital trends.
Is highly organised and able to manage multiple projects.
Can work independently and use their own initiative.
Is confident using Canva and social media platforms.
Has a positive, flexible attitude and enjoys being part of a small, ambitious team.

Experience with Shopify, photography, video editing, email marketing or SEO would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
