Job Summary

Commerce Promote Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the daily performance of online stores and ensure a reliable customer journey from product listing through fulfilment and after-sales support. You will coordinate inventory, orders, marketplaces, logistics, customer service, and digital teams while improving operational efficiency and online sales performance.

What You'll Do

Manage daily e-commerce operations across websites and online marketplaces.
Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and order processing.
Coordinate fulfilment, warehousing, couriers, returns, and refund activities.
Monitor website availability, checkout performance, and operational issues.
Work with marketing teams to support campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
Manage relationships with marketplace platforms, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Track sales, conversion, order accuracy, fulfilment speed, returns, and customer satisfaction.
Improve processes for inventory control, order management, and customer support.
Ensure product information, pricing, and stock levels remain accurate.
Investigate delayed orders, payment issues, fulfilment errors, and customer complaints.
Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements based on performance data.
Lead and support e-commerce coordinators and customer-service staff.

Requirements

Experience managing e-commerce, marketplace, retail, or digital operations.
Strong understanding of online order processing, inventory, fulfilment, and returns.
Experience using platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, or eBay.
Ability to analyse sales and operational-performance data.
Experience coordinating marketing, logistics, customer-service, and technology teams.
Strong organisation, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced online retail environment.
Knowledge of payment systems, product feeds, marketplace standards, and customer-service processes.
Degree in Business, E-commerce, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
Experience with ERP, CRM, warehouse-management, or order-management systems is desirable.
