This is a hands-on role at the heart of our head office. You’ll be providing marketing and admin support to the marketing manager, whilst assisting wtih campaign delivery, content creation, proofing and strengthening engagement

Hours
- 30 hours per week
- Monday–Friday between 8am and 5pm
- 30-minute meal break each day
Marketing or content experience is highly advantageous for this role, but we aren't looking for extensive years in the role, 1-2 years is fine. We’re looking for someone who:
- Assist with uploading and updating website content via the CMS.
- Keep the website monitored and maintained, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Support social media activity by scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
- Assist with collecting content (images, updates, information) from branches and internal
- teams.
- Create engaging written content for social media, the website, newsletters and internal
- communications.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Assist with sending out communications, materials and campaign updates to branches.
- Support the Marketing Manager with daily ad-hoc tasks as required by branches and
- departments.
- Provide general administrative support on a daily basis.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and contact lists.
- Assist with preparing presentations and documents.
- Organise and maintain marketing files, assets, and shared folders.
Experience with Canva, Adobe or similar software is helpful, but not essential.
