Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within our existing customer base. Prepare tailored proposals, deliver compelling sales presentations, conduct negotiations, and close contracts with precision.
Reach out to accounts with the aim of rekindling relationships and uncovering new growth opportunities.
Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is consistently maintained.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience, providing exceptional value throughout the sales process and beyond.
Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

What We're Looking for in Our Ideal Candidate:

2 years of sales experience, ideally within the IT or software industry, demonstrating your ability to drive business growth.
A self-starter who is passionate about achieving targets and has a track record of delivering results.
Embraces change and adapt easily to new processes, contributing to the evolution of company strategies.
Highly organized with exceptional multitasking abilities, ensuring the effective management of multiple accounts and responsibilities.
The ability to work seamlessly within a team while also excelling in individual tasks contributes to a positive, high-performing work environment.
