Job Summary
India Advocacy Legal & Administrative Services Ltd is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Case Support Supervisor to oversee case administration, support casework processes, and ensure efficient coordination of legal and administrative services. This role is ideal for an experienced case support or administrative professional with strong leadership, documentation, and client service skills who can supervise support staff, manage workloads, and maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
What You'll Do
- Supervise daily case support, administrative assistance, and client service operations.
- Coordinate case files, documentation, correspondence, records, and internal workflows.
- Allocate workloads, monitor deadlines, and support staff performance across the case support team.
- Ensure case information is recorded accurately, securely, and in line with company procedures.
- Liaise with clients, advisers, consultants, departments, and external stakeholders as required.
- Review case progress, identify delays, and support timely follow-up actions.
- Prepare reports, summaries, case updates, and administrative documentation for management.
- Support process improvements to strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality, data protection standards, and compliance with internal policies.
- Provide guidance, training, and day-to-day support to case administrators and support staff.
Requirements
- Experience in case administration, legal administration, advocacy support, client support, business administration, compliance administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous supervisory, team leader, senior caseworker, or senior administrative experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of case file management, documentation control, client communication, and administrative workflows.
- Excellent organisation, leadership, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, staff members, and operational priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, case management systems, CRM platforms, document management tools, and reporting software.
- Strong confidentiality, professionalism, and data protection awareness.

Pay: £2,900.00-£4,700.00 per month
