The Opportunity
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Territory Manager to develop our presence across the Midlands. You will take ownership of an established territory with significant growth potential, building on strong existing relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities across NHS Trusts and private hospitals.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated healthcare sales professional who enjoys building long-term partnerships, understanding customers' clinical and commercial needs, and introducing products and services that make a genuine difference to healthcare providers and their patients.
The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing an established territory, but with lots of potential, across NHS Trusts and private hospitals throughout the Midlands.
You'll work closely with Operating Theatre staff, Theatre Managers, Procurement Teams, Sterile Services Management (CSSD/HSDU), Clinical Leads and Surgeons to understand their needs and provide solutions from our extensive portfolio of surgical products and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Manage and grow an established territory with significant growth potential
· Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
· Promoting Uniplex's portfolio of surgical instruments, theatre products, sterile service consumables and repair services.
· Delivering product demonstrations.
· Developing relationships with procurement teams and key decision makers.
· Achieving and exceeding territory sales targets.
· Attending exhibitions, conferences and customer events.
· Providing market intelligence and competitor feedback.
About You
We're looking for someone who is commercially driven but equally passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
You'll ideally have:
· Experience selling medical devices, surgical products or healthcare consumables.
· Experience working with NHS and/or private hospitals.
· A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
· Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
· Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
· The ability to work independently.
· Strong organisational and territory planning skills.
· A full UK driving licence.
Experience selling into Operating Theatres, Decontamination, Endoscopy or Surgical Services would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
