We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of our warehouse operations and drive performance across our distribution network. You will lead a team of supervisors and operational staff, ensuring that inventory, fulfillment, and logistics processes are executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Leadership:
Lead and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch operations.
Operational Performance:
Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, accuracy, and service levels.
Team Management:
Manage, mentor, and develop warehouse supervisors and operational teams. Conduct performance reviews and support employee growth initiatives.
Health and Safety:
Ensure full compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational best practices throughout the facility.
Inventory Control:
Maintain inventory accuracy through effective stock management procedures, cycle counting programs, and regular audits.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with transportation, procurement, customer service, and senior leadership teams to align operational objectives and resolve supply chain challenges.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations, with at least 2 years in a senior management or leadership position.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead large operational teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive performance improvements within a fast-paced environment.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control processes, performance metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees, customers, suppliers, and senior stakeholders.
Problem Solving:
A proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational challenges and implement practical, results-oriented solutions.

Pay: £4,900.00-£6,500.00 per month
