About the Role

Antikaci Dukkani Antiques Ltd operates within the antiques, vintage goods, retail support, customer service, and product coordination sector. We are seeking an Antiques Sales Support Assistant to assist with daily shop operations, customer enquiries, product organisation, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily retail operations, customer service, and sales assistance tasks
Assist with product displays, stock organisation, pricing support, and item records
Respond to customer enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Help maintain accurate product information, documentation, and sales records
Coordinate with team members, suppliers, and service partners when needed
Support online listing updates, basic order processing, and general shop administration
Follow company procedures, service standards, and workplace guidelines

What We Are Looking For

Experience

No extensive experience required
Previous experience in retail, customer service, administration, sales support, or product handling is an advantage
Fresh graduates, school leavers, or early-career applicants are encouraged to apply

Skills

Good communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer and record-keeping skills
Good organisation and time management
Interest in antiques, vintage items, retail, or product presentation
Willingness to learn sales support and shop operations processes

Education

GCSEs, A-levels, college certificate, diploma, or equivalent qualification is preferred
Background in retail, business, arts, history, design, customer service, or a related field is an advantage but not required

Pay: £24,420.00-£29,000.00 per year
