NRS Wholesale is a growing trade wholesaler supplying refrigeration, air conditioning, HVAC, mechanical services spare parts, materials and associated products to contractors, installers, service companies and trade customers.
We are looking for a commercially driven Branch & Sales Manager to help grow the business, build our customer base and support our future expansion. This is a hands-on role for someone who can win new customers, develop key accounts, manage branch operations and help us open at least one additional store as the business grows.
You will be the face of NRS Wholesale in the market, building relationships with refrigeration, air conditioning, HVAC and mechanical contractors, installers, facilities companies, service and maintenance firms, and other trade buyers.
We already have strong in-house knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning, so we are particularly interested in candidates who can also bring wider mechanical services knowledge, especially around pumps, valves, pipework, fittings, controls, plant room equipment or associated trade products.
This role would suit someone who is not just looking to manage an existing branch, but someone who wants to build something, grow sales and take ownership.
Why join NRS Wholesale?
This is an opportunity to join a growing business at an early stage and play a major role in shaping its future.
You will have the chance to build the customer base, influence product demand, develop the branch model and support the opening of further stores. For the right person, this is more than a branch management job. It is a chance to help grow a wholesale business from the ground up.
You will be joining a business with strong technical knowledge, an established understanding of refrigeration and air conditioning, and ambitions to expand into a broader HVAC and mechanical services wholesale offer.
