We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant.

You’ll support the UK Technology domain, working closely with the Retail Banking and Wealth Management and Commercial Banking CIOs. Partnering with senior, executive-level stakeholders, you’ll be expected to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy. This role is central to the effective day-to-day operation of the UK Technology domain. You’ll bring strong attention to detail, a structured and process-driven approach, and a genuine passion for organisation to ensure activities run smoothly and efficiently.

In this role you will:

Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support
Support offsite planning (as and when required)
Co-ordinate travel and accommodation requirements; including visa requirements & complete expenses in a timely manner
Adhoc tasks provided as and when assistance is required
Handle all communication including post, calls and ensuring prompt response or escalation where necessary
Prepare documents for meetings when required

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

Experience of working as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant supporting MD/Exec level stakeholders is mandatory
Experience of working in technology beneficial
Excellent written and oral communication, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrates strong capability to build and maintain effective working relationships in a virtual environment, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues and stakeholders based in different locations
Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters at the highest level
